Refund Policy

All products sold by STACKD are digital downloads (PDF guides) delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed.

Upon successful payment you will receive:

• An automated email from Sky Pilot containing your secure download link
• Access to your PDF guide for immediate download
• A Shopify order confirmation email

If you do not receive your download email within 10 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase — such as a broken link, corrupted file, or delivery failure — we will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.

Contact us at tweesten.digital@proton.me with your order number and description of the issue. We respond within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).

• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment)
• Your download link was never delivered and we are unable to resend it
• The product you received was materially different from what was described

• Change of mind after accessing the download
• Dissatisfaction with content after reading
• Failure to achieve specific financial results
• Purchases made by mistake after the download has been accessed

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you believe we have acted unlawfully, you may contact Citizens Advice at citizensadvice.org.uk.
