STACKD is a UK-based digital products business selling educational guides and resources for teens and young adults.

By purchasing from STACKD, you confirm that:

• You are at least 14 years of age, or have parental or guardian consent to make this purchase
• You are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use
• The information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete
• You have the legal right to use the payment method provided

Our digital guides are designed for individuals aged 14–22. If you are under 18, we recommend informing a parent or guardian before purchasing.

All products sold by STACKD are digital downloads delivered electronically. Upon successful payment you will receive a secure download link via email from our delivery partner Sky Pilot.

Digital products are provided "as is." STACKD does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or earnings. Results will vary based on individual effort and circumstances. Information in our guides is educational and does not constitute financial advice.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). STACKD reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or Stripe. STACKD does not store your payment card details.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Digital products are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b).

All content within STACKD's digital products — including text, structure, design, and formatting — is the intellectual property of STACKD and protected by UK copyright law.

You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share our guides with others
• Upload our content to any platform or file-sharing service
• Create derivative works for commercial purposes

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence for your own individual use only.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
